Check Out Zen Judo and International Gentle Arts Society

With our Sister club in Thatcham we are the 'Trowbridge and Thatcham Zen Judo club'. There are many clubs around the Country that practice Zen Judo, or similar non competitive forms of Judo.

The International Gentle Arts Society has been formed for similar thinking martial arts clubs to join together and to share.

Just Google 'Zen Judo' for a wealth of information about the style, it's origins and ethos.
