Trowbridge Zen Judo Club members enjoyed the IGAS day in Gosport. Many thanks to the BKJJF for Hosting, and to the instructors for sharing their knowledge and good humour.

A great course with sessions on Judo, Jujitsu,Shinkendo, knife & stick defence.
