We are going to hold a day of Zen Judo Training on Saturday 8th June. The whole day will be dedicated to Zen Judo with in depth training on everything from basic principles to aspects of Kata. this will be followed by a Barbeque just up the road from the Dojo.
We plan to start at 10:30 and finish training at around 4:30 before moving on to the BBQ.
