Mike Healy has put his many years of Judo experience into the written word, in a new book.

This is the Zen judo Syllabus we teach, as Mike taught for many years.

It covers the philosophy behind Zen judo and all our zen judo syllabus. For those new to Zen Judo

an explanation of what to expect and what is expected and why , for those more experienced some

guidelines on teaching and running a session.

I recommend that all our students read this book, and use it to revise the techniques needed for their next Grading.
